Micro-nano wavelength beam splitter is an important beam-splitting device in photonic chips. In this study, the sequence quadratic program used to design ultra-compact splitters with footprints of 1.5 μm × μm. The Y-type dual channel can realize TE/TM mode splitting at same time, transmissions TE light 1140 nm and 1200 are 80% 81%, extinction ratios 18.1 dB 16.3 dB, respectively. TM 70% 67%, 18.3 15.9 T-type realizes 180° separation angle splitting, optical power wavelengths 1100 1170 both reach 88%, 16.6 15.0 It smallest size chip-integrated splitter. cross-type three-channel a interval 50 nm. 1100, 1150 73%, 66% 70%, 17.2, 13.8 asymmetric 20 1200, 1220 1240 61%, 56% 57%, 10.8, 7.9 8.9 This method has advantages short period, high efficiency, simple structure, easy processing, suitability for designing components. expected that it provide new idea devices.
